Review direct order links and cancellations
Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.
Send a direct IMEI order link
Open **Dashboard > IMEI Direct Order**.
1. Choose **Select service**, the IMEI service to offer.
2. Set **Quantity**, the permitted number of orders for that service.
3. Search for the intended **Client** to send the direct-order link by email.
Check the service, quantity and client before sending; the source documents this link flow rather than permission to bypass the site's account or payment requirements.
Allow cancellation for a service
Open **Products/Services > IMEI services > Edit IMEI service**. In the overview/basic settings, set **Cancel order** to Yes if customers may cancel a new order before an administrator accepts it.
Also open **Settings > General Settings > Orders**. Enable **User can cancel order** and set **User cancel order time**, in minutes. Check both the service-level permission and the global time window when a cancel action is missing. This does not establish that an order already sent to a supplier can be recalled.
Service access, verification and required inputs
In **Settings > General Settings > Orders**, review:
- **Default service**: enable the service types customers may order; a disabled type is unavailable for regular or retail ordering.
- **User can send Order for verification / Order for verification**: the time window, in minutes, for sending a replied or rejected order back for verification.
- **Check duplicate IMEI / Check duplication**: the duplicate-IMEI check.
- **Master PIN**: require the client's PIN for a new order.
- **Place Order Notes** and **Place Order Comments**: allow those inputs on the order form. **Place Order Mobile No** allows a mobile-number input.
- **Place Order Email / Place Order E-mail**: one source describes adding an email input to the order form; the other describes sending an email when an order is placed. Check the installed control's help text rather than assuming the two descriptions mean the same action.
- **Allow Overdrive**: permits ordering above ordinary credit limits within each client's configured overdrive allowance.
Use the label shown by your build; these paired names come from two versions of the archived settings description.
Display, alerts and subscription reminders
The same Orders area documents:
- **Show "NEW" Tag till / Show IMEI service updates till**: the new/updated service display control.
- **Show Average Delivery Time** and **New Order Alert / Send IMEI Order Alert to Client**.
- **Happy hours**: time-based service/product discounts; their promotion schedule is set on the service.
- **Place order type**: display services with or without their groups.
- **Information position**: show service information at the top or bottom.
- **Subscription Reminder**: the number of days before subscription end to send a reminder.
- **Predefine replies**: predefined text attached to order replies.
- **Display order**: ascending or descending order.
- **Show Encrypted Order ID**: display an encrypted order identifier.
- **Quick Checkout**: the source says to retain the default to allow it, or select Disable to turn it off.
The source lists **Average Order** and **Direct IMEI order information** without defining their behavior. Review the installed control rather than assigning them a guessed function.
Payment-related legacy controls
One archived Orders list includes **Allow Unverified Transaction**; another places **Allow PayPal Unverified Transaction** under **Settings > General Settings > Fraud Protection**. These controls concern payment acceptance, not service visibility. Do not enable them just to fix a missing order action; first verify the transaction's actual status.
Some builds also list **ebay Paypal Username**, **ebay Paypal Password**, and **ebay Paypal Signature** for that historical integration. Keep credentials in the protected configuration, and do not assume that the old integration remains supported by the external provider.
