Understand owned licences and maintenance

Archived guide for existing Fusion Owned License installations; use the instructions for your installed build.

Read the licence information

The legacy licence view shows the **licence key/reference**, **licence status**, **validity information** and **allowed IP**. Match the domain or host being reviewed to the relevant licence before troubleshooting a mismatch.

Fusion Owned License is a one-time licence. It can remain Active after separate support and maintenance coverage expires; an expiry shown for support does not by itself end ownership. A Fusion PRO subscription is separate and does not renew legacy support coverage.

Understand the historical feature flags

The original licence article lists optional entitlements. Their presence on an old list is not a current offer; check the flags recorded for your installation.

- **Reseller Store** lets a reseller manage its own users and prices, with percentage or fixed markup.

- **Supplier Panel** limits suppliers to assigned services and their related order/payout views.

- **Live Chat**, **SMS**, **E-commerce** and **Custom Mobile App** enable the corresponding installed features.

- **Reward Points System** can award points from configured activity and price selected services in points.

- **Wallet Merchant**, **Messenger Notification** and **Payment Aggregation** are separately listed features.

- **Support and Maintenance** is the listed support-coverage entitlement and must be checked separately from the owned licence.

Other archived labels include **POS**, **Blackberry API**, **eBay**, **Upgrade Service**, **Custom Unique Template Designing** and **WhatsApp/Call OTP 500 Credits**. Several have little explanation in the source. Their labels alone do not establish current availability, compatibility or entitlement.

Hosting changes and reissue questions

The source includes a **Reissue Licence** section but provides only a video, not a written self-service procedure. A domain, IP or directory change can require the registered installation details to be reviewed.

Provide the licence reference, current installation domain and intended change in an account-specific request. Ownership transfers and coverage decisions require human review; keep the licence key, hosting passwords and API credentials private.
