Configure IMEI services and pricing

Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.

Find, add and group IMEI services

Open **Products/Services > IMEI services**.

- **All** lists the IMEI services.

- **+Add Service** creates a service.

- **Group** lists service groups; **+Add Group** creates one.

- **Pricing** provides client-group prices and purchase cost, service display order, and group-wise enable/disable controls.

After adding a service, open **Edit IMEI service** to complete its settings.

Service overview

The overview contains:

- **Status** (Active or Inactive), **Service name**, **Service information**, and **Service listed in group**: availability, the displayed name/information and its group.

- **Delivery time** and **Price**: the advertised turnaround and selling price.

- **Service type**: for example, Database or calculator.

- **Icon link**, **Download link**, **Knowledgebase**, and **Features**: the service icon, related download, guide shown on the order page and displayed features.

- **Verification**: allows the customer to send a successful order for verification.

- **Cancel order**: allows cancellation of a new order before an administrator accepts it.

Under **Advanced**, **Notification by email** accepts multiple recipient addresses separated by commas; **Notification by SMS** controls customer SMS notifications. **Order successful** and **Order Rejected** select the respective email templates. **eBay item number** is the documented item-code field for that integration.

Set prices and free-service access

Use **Set Pricing** in the service editor for currency-wise and client-group prices. Quantity-range pricing can change the unit price for larger orders: the archived example uses a VIP-group unit price of 5 USD, reduced to 4.50 USD for more than five units. Those are illustrative values, not recommended prices.

To offer a zero-price service, enable **Free Services**. The source says that a zero price without that checkbox produces a contact-administrator error.

For several services, open **Products/Services > IMEI services > Quick edit IMEI services**. Select the group, check the services, edit the name, delivery time, purchase cost or currency-specific selling price, choose any **Quick edit details** change, then use **Apply on selected**.

Fields and automatic fulfilment

Open **Products/Services > IMEI service > Edit service > Field** for the input fields. Use the service's **API Connection** tab for fulfilment.

- A supplier API connection can return the result when the configured cron job processes it.

- **Digital Inventory** can reply from your own code database.

- With multiple connections, the documented flow tries the next connection in the configured hierarchy when a code is not found. Put them in the intended priority order.

Check the exact provider service and required fields, and inspect the previous provider outcome before resubmitting an order.

Retail, subscriptions and other sections

**Retail Purchase** controls availability for retail orders or a Partner Site/Store, plus retail display details such as the home-page appearance, retail name, image and hot-product flag.

The editor also includes **Inventory**, **Subscription**, **Subscribed User**, **Discounted Users**, **Customer Review**, and **Blacklisted IMEI**. Where the Reward add-on is enabled, set **Earning reward point** and **Purchase reward points** for the service. The archive names these sections without documenting every field.

Set a service promotion

Enable service promotion in the installation's settings, then open **Products/Services > IMEI service > Edit service > Promotion**.

1. Enable **Status** for the promotion.

2. Choose **Promotion time**: **through date** uses start/end dates with an option to repeat every month; **through days** repeats on selected weekdays; **Every time** repeats every day.

3. Set **Promotion discount**.

Currently running happy-hours services can be viewed on the dashboard. Check the dates, recurrence and intended discount before making a promotion available.
