Review funding limits, tax and invoice settings

Archived guide for existing Fusion Owned License installations; use the instructions for your installed build.

Funding controls

Open **Settings > General Settings > Fund Settings**.

| Field | Effect described in the archive |

| --- | --- |

| **Add Fund** | Enable client funding through the selected payment gateways |

| **Minimum Add Fund** | Minimum value of one funding transaction |

| **Maximum Add Fund** | Maximum value of one funding transaction |

| **Maximum Balance** | Maximum permitted client credit balance |

Review the configured currency and selected gateways, then check a representative customer funding form. A displayed balance or Paid status is an application record, not independent evidence of provider settlement.

Inclusive and exclusive tax

Open **Settings > General Settings > Tax**. **Tax applicable** enables the configured calculation, and **Tax Type** selects inclusive or exclusive tax.

For the source's example, a price of 100 with 5% exclusive tax produces 105; inclusive tax is already included in the listed price. Use your actual rates and confirm the accounting treatment before changing existing invoices.

Tax rules

Under **Settings > General Settings > Tax Settings**, the **Tax list** can scope rules by country, state and gateway, with inclusive/exclusive invoice treatment. The source describes a PayPal-specific 5% rule and a general 3% rule, but does not explain their precedence; test the selected gateway and location instead of assuming the percentages are added or one automatically overrides the other.

Review every overlapping rule and check the resulting invoice total with representative values.

Invoice settings

Open **Settings > General Settings > Invoice**.

- **Invoice Prefix** adds the chosen reference prefix, such as the source's `RE10002` example.

- **Invoice No Increment** controls the numbering increment.

- **Gateway Change allow** lets clients change the payment method when enabled.

- **Invoice Pay To** is the address printed on the invoice.

Check an invoice preview after editing these fields. Keep existing invoice and transaction records intact when investigating numbering, tax or payment issues.
