Configure file services and accepted uploads

Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.

Find and organize file services

Open **Products/Services > File Service**.

- **List All File Services** lets you view, edit, delete or download a selected list.

- **Quick Edit File Service** is the bulk-edit area.

- **Add New Services** creates entries.

- **List Service Group** and **Add Service Group** manage their groups.

Open **Edit file service > Overview** for the individual service.

Overview and notifications

Set **Status**, **Service name**, **Service information**, **Service listed in group**, **Delivery time**, and **Price**. **Icon link**, **Download link**, and **Knowledgebase** control related customer-facing content.

**Verification** allows a successful order to be sent for verification. **Cancel order** allows cancellation before an administrator accepts a new order. **Notification by email** supports comma-separated recipients; **Notification by SMS** controls customer SMS notifications. Select the **Order successful** and **Order rejected** templates for their respective outcomes. **Reset discount** resets the service discount for the allowed users; review that scope before using it.

Configure accepted uploads

The overview/advanced area contains three separate controls:

- **File name format**: a regular expression for accepted filenames/formats.

- **Wrong file format message**: the message shown when a file fails the format rule.

- **Allowed extension / Allowed Extension**: the permitted file extensions; the archive gives BCL, txt and log as examples.

**Bulk Upload** lets a customer compress multiple file orders into a ZIP upload in the documented build.

For a wrong-extension or wrong-format error, open **Products/Services > File services > Edit File service**, compare the uploaded filename with both the extension list and the filename rule, correct the intended rule, and retry with an allowed test file. Allow only the file types required for that service; do not solve the error by accepting executable files or every extension.

Custom fields and API mapping

Open **Products/Services > File service > Edit service > Field** and use **Custom Fields** for additional service-specific information.

Open **API Connection**:

1. Set **Connect API** to the intended provider.

2. Set **API Services** to that provider's matching file service.

Confirm that the selected service expects the same upload and custom fields. An accepted upload does not itself mean that the provider has completed the order.

Inventory and subscription sections

Open **Products/Services > File Service > Edit Service > Inventory** for **Purchase Cost Per Unit**, **Current Stock**, and **Stock Calculation**.

The archive also lists **Subscription** with a **Status** control, **Subscribed User**, **Promotion**, and **Discounted Users**. It does not define further fields in these sections, so use the controls shown by the installed build rather than assuming all service types behave alike.
