Manage digital inventory and automatic replies
Archived instructions for existing Fusion Owned installations; labels and available controls depend on the installed build.
View available and sold stock
- Open **Inventory > Digital Inventory** and choose the product or inventory group to view **In-Stock**. The view supports viewing, printing and exporting stock.
- Open **Inventory > Digital Inventory > Sold-Stock** and choose the group to view, print or export entries already used.
Keep unused codes and stock exports private.
Add stock
Open **Inventory > Digital Inventory > Add Stock** and complete the legacy fields:
- **Inventory Group**: the group receiving the entry.
- **Digital Code ReplY**: the code or reply to return for a successful order.
- **Expired on**: the entry's expiry date.
- **Purchase**: the purchase cost used for revenue or profit calculations.
- **Available Stock**: how many times that reply code may be used.
- **Ignore Duplicates**: the archived option that prevents adding a code already present.
Check the group and usage quantity before saving. A stock entry's purchase cost is separate from a service's selling price.
Create an inventory group
Go to **Inventory > Digital Inventory > Inventory Groups**.
- A **Default** group is created by entering a group name and then adding its stock.
- A **Custom** group connects a custom database table to an IMEI or Server service for automatic replies.
For an existing installation, inspect the configured group before changing its table or field mapping.
Connect a custom-database reply
The archived workflow is:
1. Create the custom reply table in the site's database.
2. Configure the custom auto-reply group to use that table and its lookup/reply mapping.
3. Open the IMEI or Server service and select that auto-reply group under **API Connections**.
The source demonstrates matching the submitted IMEI and immediately returning the stored reply. It also describes combining several reply fields into one response, such as `SN`, `WiFi` and `BT`.
The table columns and reply mapping depend on your custom database. Use the table definition and auto-reply group already configured for your site, or have its developer provide the exact mapping. Never post the database password or a live code inventory in a support message.
