Manage clients, suppliers and client groups
Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.
Find a client
Open **Client / Search > View / Search Clients** to view, search or download the registered-client list. Some screens use the **Clients / Suppliers** wording for the same area.
An edited client record can contain funds and overdrive, assigned services, profile and permissions, client-level security, orders, invoices, statement, email history and logs. Custom service prices can be set for an individual client.
Add a client
Open **Client / Search > +Add New Client**. The archived form contains:
- **Username**: a unique username.
- **Password**: enter a password, or leave it blank for the documented automatic password generation.
- **Registered Email**: the address used for system emails.
- **Credit balance**: the account's opening credit balance.
- **User type**: **User** or **Reseller**, with a checkbox to allow transfers between user accounts.
- **Status**: **Active**, **Block**, or **Inactive**.
- **Service Access**: check the service types the client may order.
- **Client group**, **Language**, and **Theme**: the new client's defaults.
A reseller can manage sub-users through a reseller store or the main website, depending on the installation and Partner Site settings. Review opening credit and transfer permission before saving; they are account changes, not display preferences.
Add clients in bulk
Open **Client / Search > +Add Bulk Client**. Choose a **Prefix** and the number of users to generate usernames and passwords, or enter usernames, passwords and email addresses manually.
The bulk form also sets opening **Credit balance**, **User type** and transfer permission, **Status**, **Service Access**, **Client group**, **Language**, and **Theme**. Review the selected count and shared values before creating the accounts. Deliver login details privately to the intended users.
Groups and bulk updates
Open **Client / Search > Client Group** to create groups and set their **membership fee** and **maximum credit limit**.
Use **Client / Search > Update Multiple Account** to update selected profiles. Documented changes include service assignments, password, template, language, country, client group, fraud-protection permissions and **API Access**. **Block Multiple Accounts** is a separate bulk-blocking action.
The archive also lists **Client / Search > Checkout As Guest**, without describing further settings. Do not treat an action's presence as permission to bypass account or payment controls.
Suppliers
Open **Client / Search > View Supplier / Search Suppliers** to view, search or download supplier records, or **Client / Search > +Add New Supplier** to register one.
Suppliers process, reply to or reject orders for their assigned services. The administrator can review completed orders and due payments per supplier. Use service assignments and supplier access rather than sharing an administrator account.
