Review client credit and service access
Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.
How reseller selling credit works
**Selling Credit Limit** is virtual allocation capacity: it controls how much credit a reseller can sell to sub-users. It is separate from **Credit Left** in the reseller's main account.
The archived example starts with reseller USER_1 at **Credit Left 100**, **Credit Used 0**, **Credit In Process 0**, **Selling Credit Limit 100**, and **Selling Credit Limit Used 0**.
1. USER_1 creates TESTUSER with 40 credits. USER_1's Credit Left stays 100; Selling Credit Limit becomes 60 and Selling Credit Limit Used becomes 40. TESTUSER has Credit Left 40.
2. TESTUSER places a SERVICE_1 order costing 10 credits. The example then shows USER_1 at Credit Left 90, Credit Used 10 and Credit In Process 10, with Selling Credit Limit 60 and Selling Credit Limit Used 40 unchanged. TESTUSER has Credit Left 30, Credit Used 10 and Credit In Process 0.
3. Sub-user orders therefore affect both the sub-user's credit and the reseller's main credit. The source says sub-users cannot order if the reseller has no Credit Left; it also describes Selling Credit Limit as required for a reseller's own orders.
These numbers illustrate the legacy model, not a payment or refund. Use the actual account statement to explain a customer's current balance.
Allow credit transfers
The source identifies two controls to review:
1. **Client list > Edit user > Overview > Quick action > Allow transfer credit**.
2. **Client list > Edit user > Overview > Edit profile > User access level > Allow transfer credit**.
Check both for the intended client before enabling transfers. This is permission to transfer credit between accounts, not a change to the reseller's selling limit.
Make a new service available to a client
Open **Clients / Suppliers > Client list > Edit client > Services & Pricing**.
1. Enable the required **IMEI**, **File**, or **Server** service type for that client.
2. Select the service group to load its services.
3. Check the service you want to assign.
4. Save.
A service can exist on the system yet remain unavailable to a client when this assignment is missing.
Subscribe a client to a service
Open **Client / Supplier > Client list > Edit client > Subscription**.
1. Choose from the services that have subscriptions enabled.
2. Check the displayed price and subscription period.
3. Check the payment-from-credit option only if you intend to use the client's credit balance.
4. Review the **Generate invoice** and invoice-paid checkboxes before applying them.
5. Use the subscribed-services list to review that user's subscriptions.
Those invoice/payment flags record a financial outcome; do not mark a payment received merely because you are testing the subscription form.
Bulk account changes and API IP access
For bulk changes, open **Clients / Suppliers > Update Multiple Clients**, or type `update` in the admin search. The documented controls include template, language, password or master-PIN reset, user status, API access, affiliate/newsletter/fraud settings, email, client group, service assignments and client service prices. Review the selected clients first.
To restrict a client's API, open **Clients / Suppliers > Client list > Edit client > API**:
- **API Allow** enables that client's API ordering access.
- **Connection allowed from** defines the permitted IP range.
For an **Invalid IP Request**, compare the caller's actual outgoing IP with this client's configured range and correct the intended entry. Do not remove restrictions for unrelated clients.
Use account credit to pay an invoice
The **Add Fund** form can add account credit and optionally generate an invoice. In the source's example, adding 200 USD with **Generate Invoice** checked creates a 200 USD invoice; checking **Paid** marks it paid. With only **Generate Invoice** checked, that invoice is unpaid.
Open the client's invoice list and edit the unpaid invoice:
- Use **Add Payment** to record a real cash/gateway payment and its transaction ID.
- Use **Apply Credit** when applying the client's existing credit to the invoice.
- The documented workflow permits part credit and part external payment.
A local Paid checkbox is bookkeeping, not proof that an external payment settled. Confirm receipt before recording payment or increasing credit.
