Manage catalogue products and retail stock

Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.

Find, import or add products

Open **Products / Services > Catalog / Cart > List Product**. The list can select one or several products and generate a link to share.

For a new product, open **Catalog / Cart > Add New Product**. Set **Product Name**, **Status**, **Delivery Time**, **Price**, and **Avalibity on** (the archived availability-date label); duplicate-name checking is available. Use **Add Service by uploading File** to import a `.csv` file in the example format supplied by the installed build.

Click **ADD** to continue into detailed **Product Information**, or reopen an existing entry through **List Product > Edit product**. **Quick Edit Products** changes selected product prices and affiliate commissions without opening each product.

Basic product settings

In **Product Information**, configure:

- **Status**: enable or disable display on the cart.

- **POS**: allow an admin to generate an invoice from POS.

- **Service Name**, **Service Group**, **Price**, and **Delivery Time**: the displayed product and group, turnaround and selling price. **Price** also supports multiple currencies and wholesale prices.

- **Affiliate Commission**: the reseller commission percentage for this product.

- **Tax Applicable**, **Viewer**, and **Return Validity**: tax treatment, the viewer count displayed on the site, and the number of days allowed for returns.

- **Can Cancel Order**: allow a customer to cancel after placing the order.

- **Custom HTML**, **Navigation Icon**, and **Related Accessories/products**: custom content, a gallery image and related items.

Use reviewed content in Custom HTML. Return Validity and cancellation settings define your storefront's offer; they do not create a DHRU-wide return policy.

Advanced product settings

The documented switches are **Is this Best Selling**, **Show on Homepage**, **Product Review**, and **Daily Deal**. **Product Condition** offers **New**, **Refurbished**, or **Used**.

- **Call for Pricing** shows CALL FOR PRICING instead of the price.

- **Out of Stock Action** offers **Buy in Advance** or **Signup for Notification**.

- **Zero Price Action** chooses what customers can do when the product price is zero.

- **Minimum Quantity** and **Maximum Quantity** bound an order's quantity.

- **Related Knowledgebase** selects the product's help article.

- **New Order Notification to Email** accepts several recipient addresses separated by commas.

Choose Out of Stock Action and Zero Price Action deliberately; do not use an accidental zero price or unavailable stock as the ordering policy.

Manage stock

Open **Products/Services > Catalog / Cart > Edit product > Stock**.

1. Set **Purchase cost per unit** in the default currency; use **Set pricing** for another currency.

2. Review **Current stock** and use **Add stock** for the intended increase.

3. Enable **Stock calculation** if orders must only be accepted when stock is available.

4. Set **Reorder level** for a low-stock alert threshold.

5. Choose the item's **Supplier**, **Manufacture**, and **Warehouse**.

Check the resulting stock and the customer-facing product after saving. A selling-price change does not add inventory.

Product groups and home-page layout

Use **Products / Services > Catalog / Cart > List Product Group**, **Add Product Group**, and **Home Page Grouping** to organize the catalogue. Review the final product in the selected cart layout after changing its group or home-page flags.
