Review scheduled tasks and reminders
Archived guide for existing Fusion Owned License installations; use the instructions for your installed build.
Scheduled maintenance job
Open **Settings > Automation**. The source describes a daily job for this automation area. It is separate from the every-minute API-processing job in System Requirements and the five-minute scheduled-mail job in Email Settings.
The historical command uses `/usr/bin/wget -O - -q -t 1` to request the daily automation URL. Use the installed build's generated, authenticated URL, including its **Cron Passcode**, rather than the unauthenticated URL from the old article. A safe command template is `/usr/bin/wget -O - -q -t 1 'AUTHENTICATED_CRON_URL_FROM_YOUR_BUILD'`; replace the whole placeholder privately with that generated URL.
Reviewed legacy code accepts more than one historical passcode parameter, and different builds can differ. Do not invent a parameter, remove authentication or publish the completed URL. This job performs configured automation, so review its settings before scheduling or manually running it.
Documented action paths
The daily endpoint also has the following documented action forms. These identify the job groups; they are not a recommendation to run every URL while troubleshooting.
| Action | Path recorded by the source |
| --- | --- |
| Last-login, low-credit and credit-validity reminders | `/includes/cron2.php?action=reminder` |
| Client price-change notification | `/includes/cron2.php?action=pricechange` |
| Invoice reminders and configured invoice cleanup | `/includes/cron2.php?action=invoice` |
| Security check | `/includes/cron2.php?action=security` |
| Newly available services | `/includes/cron2.php?action=newservice` |
| Supplier service-price notification | `/includes/cron2.php?action=supplierpricechange` |
| Remaining configured automation | `/includes/cron2.php` |
The archive shows a once-daily schedule for this group; check the installed job before changing the interval or creating duplicate tasks.
Reminder and alert fields
Review **First Invoice Due Date**, **Second Invoice Due Date** and **Third Invoice Due Date** for invoice reminders. **Client group expiry reminder**, **Last login alert**, **Low credit reminder** and **Credit validity reminder** control the related customer notices; **Low Credit Reminder Notification Group** narrows the selected audience.
**IMEI Service Summary** sends the configured administrator summary. **Low stock alert** and **Reorder level** concern stock thresholds. **IMEI New service available** and **Price change notification** concern service changes. Check the recipients and actual threshold before enabling a notice.
Automated data changes and external updates
Review **Cancel invoice due date**, **Delete invoice after due**, **Auto ticket closed**, **Quick checkout order remove** and **Auto Archive old Orders** separately: they change or remove records rather than simply sending notifications.
The source also lists **Daily sitemap generate**, **Currency update** and **Geo country database update**. Their successful completion depends on the configured job and any required feed. Keep the last run, error and affected action with an investigation rather than clearing records or repeatedly invoking all jobs.
