Connect services to an API
Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.
Enable a provider
Open **Settings > API Settings** to see the supported API integrations and activate the one you use. **Edit API** can restrict an integration to **IMEI**, **Server**, **Remote**, or all supported service types.
The archived editor also lists a **slow sync** checkbox and an **auto increase** facility for selected service prices. Review those controls when checking synchronization and price changes; the source does not define a universal synchronization interval or a price-increase formula.
Use instant replies only where supported
Only API providers labelled **instant support** can be used as **Instant API** in the documented build. They can return the reply when the customer places an order, without waiting for the normal reply-processing cron job.
Other API connections rely on their configured processing jobs. Selecting an instant option cannot make an unsupported provider synchronous.
Connect a local service
Open the service under **Products/Services**, then its **API Connection** section. Choose the intended provider and its matching service.
Check the provider service identifier and the local service's required fields and prices before accepting orders. Similar display names do not establish that two provider services are interchangeable.
Set secondary connections
1. Save the API connection you want to use as a secondary connection.
2. In the service's **connection history**, select the checkbox for that previously saved connection and save.
3. The connection becomes available under **Secondary API Connections**.
4. Drag the secondary connections into the intended priority order.
The documented multiple-connection flow tries the next connection when a code is not found through the earlier connection. Review the order/API history before resubmitting an existing order so that an uncertain first result does not cause duplicate requests or charges.
